Affiliation to STAR center: point of contact for research coordination

Young Sang Choi is a R&D staff member (senior researcher) of Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT), a part of Samsung Electronics. At SAIT, He is researching machine intelligence for future industrial applications. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009, studying on human robot interaction in healthcare applications. His research interests include human computer interaction, machine learning, and affective computing. He received his M.S. and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University in 1999, 1997 respectively.
